Registration into VES is a multi-step process. Once the Registration Request (below) has been submitted, you will receive a phone call from the office. You will be asked to stop by the school with the requested documentation. Once the documentation has been collected, you will receive a link to register your student online.

Please read this important information before registering:

• Registration is an online process, please call the office (207-363-4870) for assistance if needed

• In order to be eligible for Kindergarten in the 2024-2025 school year, your child must turn 5 on or before October 15th, 2024

• Your child's original birth certificate, or a certified copy with raised seal, must be brought into the office for verification. Per State regulations, a photocopy or scanned copy will not suffice

• You will be required to provide 2 proofs of residency, some of the acceptable documents could be a valid driver's license with current physical address, unexpired vehicle registration with current physical address, mortgage or rental agreement, utility bill dated within 30 days of submission (please do not upload images of unopened mail, actual statements are needed)

• Proofs of residency that show only a PO Box are not accepted

• Please note that immunization records must be uploaded into PowerSchool when you are completing the registration.
