Congratulations to our Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) for placing 3rd at the State Conference. For reference, Ms. Bolaños compared it to a track meet! Students competed against other schools in multiple business-related events (Marketing, Journalism, Social Media Strategies, International Business, and SO many more). We are so proud of these Wildcats for their performance during the conference and the preparation they did leading up to the events. Great job 🐾

Good morning, Wildcats 🐾 Don't forget that today is a WHITE day... again. Pack your folders and binders for blocks 5-8. Due to this inconvenience, no school tomorrow 😉

This week's Wildcat Wednesday features our Library Media Specialist, Nicole Masterson. We are fortunate to have her in our library to welcome us with research tips or a good book suggestion. Bonus points if any of you have read her favorite book: The Count of Monte Cristo. Stop in the library to say hi and check out a book 🐾

Come cheer on the YHS Unified Basketball team today at 3:15 at the High School auditorium. It is their last home game of the season. Seniors will be honored for their participation. Be there!

This week's Wildcat Wednesday features our very own Neil Rideout. He works tirelessly with his team to make sure our building is clean, snow is removed, and all of the behind-the-scenes maintenance work you may not notice is completed on a daily basis. We are also fortunate that he is involved with YORKWISE (they're looking for more members!) and helps to create a memorable and safe Project Grad for our seniors. He is also always willing to help out no matter what (even if it's cold and rainy!) ... swipe for evidence! Have a great day, Wildcats 🐾

Good morning, Wildcats! A group of sophomores are heading to Sanford to check out SRTC! Hope they learn lots and have a great time 🐾

It's Wildcat Wednesday!! And this week features a very special member of our staff, Barb Moynahan. She has been a Wildcat for 37 years and we are thankful for her experience and dedication to York High School. If you can believe it... she was once the cheerleading coach here at YHS. Go Team 🐾

We look forward to seeing the Class of 2027 tonight!

It’s Wildcat Wednesday!! And this week features our school nurse, Sarah LaCroix! Stop by her office (across from Student Services) and ask her about the time she won first place in a race! Have a great day, Wildcats 🐾

This week’s Wildcat Wednesday features our Athletic & Activities Director, Mr. Oliver, and our Athletic Trainer, Emily Castaline. Stop by their offices (after 10:00 AM, most days) to say 👋🏻. Emily’s selected photograph, “Point After”, is highlighted on the second picture 🐾

I could not be more proud of this group of brave, knowledgeable, and passionate students who presented their Project Citizen research this morning. In the audience were two state reps ( @gerryrunte and @sargent.holly ), the YSD school committee chair, school and district administrators, teachers, and our SRO. They shared the four phases of their research and answered audience questions with poise. Great job 🐾
